So we did it! We actually spent the money and had some one else clean up all the bushes, trees, and that darn IVY! It is still a bit of a mess, but my mom will be home soon, and I know that she will help me get some perennials in and make it look so much better.I always thought that this house had great light in the living room, unlike the little house, but now with that huge redwood gone it is even brighter.
It was really hard for me to write the check out for the work, but I am sure that this summer when our family has few days off together we will glad that it all won't be spent on the yard. Thinking of maybe s'mores in our newly found fire pit!
